HypePlay (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online gaming and betting platform in Bangladesh that hypeplay.onl operated through its domain. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between HypePlay and its members.

By creating an account on HypePlay, browsing the platform, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using HypePlay.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on January 1, 2026. HypePlay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time — members will be notified of any changes.

To register with HypePlay and use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 Years or Older must be.
• You must have a valid and active Bangladeshi mobile number.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful.
• You are opening an account voluntarily and solely for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where HypePlay is legally restricted.

KYC Verification

To ensure security HypePlay KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested at any time. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for large withdrawals. Failure to provide KYC information may result in a temporary hold on your withdrawal.

One Person, One Account

HypePlay allows each individual only One Account to operate. Any individual found operating multiple accounts (whether in their own name or someone else's) will have all associated accounts permanently banned and all balances forfeited.

Account Security

• Always keep your password confidential. Never share it with anyone.
• If you log in from someone else's device, make sure to log out when your session is over.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, report it to hypeplay Support immediately.
• Change your password regularly and always use a strong password.

Members are solely responsible for keeping their accounts secure. HypePlay is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access if the member has shared their own login credentials.

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposits are generally instant — processing may take up to 10 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Standard Withdrawal Time: 2–15 Minutes
• KYC verification is required for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.

HypePlay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms clearly stated on the bonus page.

General Bonus Terms

• At any one time, only one bonus may remain active.
• Withdrawing winnings from bonuses requires meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Bets placed with bonus balance must meet the full wagering requirement before any winnings are transferred to your real balance.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Some games may not be eligible for bonus wagering — please refer to the game-specific terms.

General Gaming Rules

Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed before a match begins will be settled based on the final match result.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will generally be refunded.
• Accounts found to be placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information will be permanently closed.

HypePlay is committed to providing a completely fair and equal playing environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bots/Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play.
• Collusive Fraud: Playing against yourself using multiple accounts.
• System Hacking: Unauthorized access to HypePlay software.
• Data Theft: Collecting or using another member's account information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

HypePlay uses advanced technology to monitor suspicious activity. Any irregularities detected may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

HypePlay believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session.
• Loss Limit: The game will automatically stop once you've reached a set loss limit.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: You can permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

Closed by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting hypeplay Support. Please withdraw any real balance before closure. Unused bonus balance will be forfeited.

Closed by HypePlay

HypePlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraud, use of bots, or system abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of the member being underage.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

HypePlay is an entertainment platform. We accept no liability for the following:

• Financial loss from gaming — game outcomes are entirely unpredictable.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or a device issue.
• If a third party gains access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.
• System errors on the part of third-party game providers.

HypePlay reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform following any updates will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
